"Erg leuke compilatie met vaak obscure, meestal onvindbare maar steevast erg goede kerstliedjes uit de jaren zestig en zeventig, waaraan nog jaren plezier te beleven valt. Samensteller is Little Steven, de gitarist uit Bruce Springsteens E-Street Band, tevens radiomaker van het ook in Nederland te ontvangen rock n roll programma Underground Garage. Tussen de twintig liedjes treffen we zelden te horen kerstliedjes aan van niet de minsten, zoals Keith Richards, Rufus Thomas en The Kinks. Alleen Bob Segers James Brown-pastiche "Sock It To Me Santa" en Darlene Loves "All Alone On Christmas" maken de CD al de aanschaf waard. Maar ook een obscuur surfnummer van Soupy Sales of "Merry Christmas" van de Ramones maken dit tot de vrolijkste soundtrack bij de feestdagen dit jaar."
