Een CD met Franse en een CD met Spaanse Renaissance-liederen. Beiden eerder apart uitgebracht - nu gecombineerd tot dubbelaar. CD1 "Amours, amours - Florilege de chansons Françaises de la Renaissance" werd in Repertoire met een 10 beoordeeld en won in zijn categorie de Preis der Deutschen Schallplattenkritik. Gramophone schreef erover: "An intelligently programmed anthology that has something to please everyone. All of the pieces on this recording date roughly from the hundred years between 1480 and 1580. During this period the French chanson underwent many changes of direction, and Dominique Vellard's selection of pieces seems deliberately to emphasise this variety of styles and genres." Over CD2, los uitgebracht als "Sola M'Iré - Cancionero De Palacio" schreef Gramophone: "There have been many fine recordings drawing from the repertory of this royal Spanish songbook, but this one stands out as one of the Gilles Binchois' most convincing explorations of 15th century polyphony."
