Wait For Me - 3 Disc Limited Edition (2009)

Deluxe edition of Mobys 2009 critically acclaimed studio album. The Deluxe version is a three-disc set comprised of two audio discs and one DVD. The original album (disc 1) contains two new tracks - "One Time We Lived" (the new single) and "Stay Down", both recorded at Mobys home studio in New York. Disc 2 is a newly available ambient version of "Wait For Me". The DVD includes live highlights from Mobys 2009 summer European festival dates, as well as an animated EPK and interview with Moby, plus 5 videos for songs from "Wait For Me", including David Lynchs animation for "Shot In The Back Of The Head". Also included on this DVD are 16 blips (30 second animations for each of the tracks on the original album). Het ambient-album blijkt een prettig-relaxte luistersessie, die doet terugdenken aan het vroege Moby-album "Ambient". Het is niet zomaar 'het hoofdalbum zonder beats': de stukken zijn in andere volgorde gezet en er zijn nieuwe gedeelten toegevoegd om één vloeiend en gloedvol relax-geheel te vormen.
